Discover Our ProgramsOUR PHILOSOPHY
"Childhood should be full of play and discovery."
Our approach embraces neurodiversity by focusing on strengths—not deficits—and supports children in navigating social situations without asking them to change who they are. The PEERS® Preschoolers curriculum specifically emphasizes enhancing social interactions so others can better appreciate each child for who they already are, using a neuro-affirming, strengths-based model.

What is PEERS®?
PEERS® (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) is an evidence-based social skills program developed at UCLA by Dr. Elizabeth Laugeson and colleagues.
Unlike many traditional social skills programs, PEERS® teaches practical, research-supported friendship skills that children can immediately apply in real-life situations. The curriculum focuses on skills that have been shown through research to help children make and keep friends.

We create spaces where children feel safe to explore, supported to take bold steps, and celebrated for who they are. Through joyful experiences and meaningful challenges, we guide them to discover their strengths, build confidence, and cultivate friendships that last beyond the classroom.
Parents Are Part of the Journey
One of the unique strengths of PEERS® is the active involvement of parents.
While children participate in engaging social learning activities, parents attend their own coaching sessions where they learn practical strategies to support friendship development at home and in everyday life.
Research has shown that parent coaching helps children generalize new skills beyond the classroom, leading to stronger long-term outcomes.
