Meet Our Founder, s & Certified Child Care Coach-Paula Howell
With over 22 years of hands-on experience in education, Paula Howell is a trusted expert in private school admissions, early childhood development, and family mentorship. As the founder of Howell Academics® and creator of the Ready Programs® and Testing Ready®, Paula has helped hundreds of families across British Columbia navigate the independent school system with confidence and clarity.
Her credentials extend beyond the classroom: she’s a certified Family Mediator, Neuro-linguistic Practitioner, and soon-to-be Counselling Psychologist. Paula’s work blends insight, empathy, and practical strategy—all rooted in her personal experience as an educator, mentor, and mother.
Now, with the launch of RedBoots Learning™, Paula is expanding her mission to help children thrive from the very beginning. From family support to educator coaching and center partnerships, her journey is a testament to what’s possible when education meets heart-centered leadership.
